Causing A Stir
I had such a great time attending the soft opening of A Stir, previously Capitol Cider. They recently renamed themselves and now serve a wide variety of gluten free dishes and in addition to cider, serve wine from Locus Wines.
During the event, we got to sample their menu items and received a sampled of different wines + ciders. They were all delicious! My favorite dish was the roasted eggplant & yogurt and the Tieton Cider Works Spiced Pecan cider, it tasted like fall in a cup!
After the tasting, they had a live DJ downstairs where they served a full bar of cocktails, ciders, and wine. I’ve always enjoyed the ambiance of their downstairs, it’s cozy and great for a date night or night out with friends as we head into the colder months here in Seattle.
I’m excited to go back and try their full menu and would recommend A Stir for your next Seattle night out!
