Happy October! This might be my favorite season because of the excitement around school starting, the changing colors of the leaves, and it's that time of the year where everything is Pumpkin ______. My personal favorite? PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) of course! Sorry, but call me basic!

To match the orange theme, I want to showcase this embroidered orange bomber jacket from Anthropologie. To be honest, this post was going to go up in the summer since it was my staple bright jacket for a cool summer night out, but with the rush of moving back to Seattle and school starting, I didn't have time to put a post together. Even though it's not summer anymore, you'll still catch me wearing this throughout the fall since the orange is fall-esque and layered with a long-sleeve shirt, it will keep you toasty in the crisp mornings.

What I love most about this jacket is that it's a staple piece that can make any outfit instantly stand out. Here, I wore a delicate lace-detailed, pleated silk tank with white flared capris and white bow shoes. I kept everything to lighter tones to match the cream embroidery on the jacket. If you're in cooler weather like Seattle and want to set a fall tone, I would wear this with some leggings, a black long sleeve, and some tan ankle booties. A perfect outfit for school or a casual day out. If you're looking to wear this on a fall night out, toss this jacket over a black velvet dress!

This bomber is such a fun color to wear and is the perfect October Orange!
