Soulva

While I was in SF, my friend Jessica took me to Soulva, a really hip greek restaurant in Hayes Valley. They have pork, lamb, chicken, or veggie pita-wrapped sandwiches or salads and various sides. We tried the pork, lamb, and chicken salads, which were all equally delicious! If I had to choose one, the lamb was probably my favorite. The portions were fairly large and were made with fresh greens, so this is definitely a great place to stop if you're looking for something that's both healthy and flavorful!

We also got a side of fries (that have been on many "best fries" lists -- and yes, it definitely lives up to it!) and a cup of their greek olive oil and sea salt frozen yogurt. I'm a huge fro-yo fan and this is probably one of the best frozen yogurts I've tried. It had a great texture and just the right amount of tartness.

If you're ever in SF, I would highly recommend visiting this spot! It's also located on a really cute shopping street and there's a park nearby that you can take your Soulva to.
